With copyright and other creative work laws changing, it's important that you think about what you want to happen with your creative properties after you die. Here are some files to help you think through the wording of what you want included in your will. I was able to use these and write my own will. When I presented it to my lawyer, he only suggested that I change one word, and the grammatical structure of one sentence to avoid confusion.
